*Hands-on Workshop for Pairs – One session available dates:

Thu/May 19 - 6:30 – 9 pm
Mon/July 11 - 6:30 – 9 pm 

HANDS-ON WORKSHOP FOR PAIRS - Wear loose, layered clothing and bring a pillow and enough water for hydration.

You will learn and benefit from the makings of miraculous massage. Learn and practice general and specific therapeutic massage techniques. Get a new perspective and understanding of how to communicate pressure point ratios and learn the do’s and don'ts concerning yourself or your partner when giving and receiving a pain erasing healing massage. Bring your best friend, neighbor, spouse or family member and learn therapeutic safe techniques geared toward partner massage. This class will help you understand the health benefits of a healing, nurturing, pain erasing massage. Rewards for a lifetime ... Each couple needs to bring a mat (blankets make an excellent substitution) and a bath towel.

 


*Specific Self Care – One session available dates:

Wed/June 15 -  2:30 – 5 p.m.
Thu/June 16 – 6:30 – 9  p.m.  

SPECIFIC SELF CARE - Wear loose, layered clothing and bring a pillow and enough water for hydration.

This class teaches you how to heal yourself. You will learn and practice how to listen to your body and to use your body weight instead of your muscles as pressure for your specific pain points. Many of these techniques may be used on a partner, but the main focus of this class is on individuals easing their own hurt. Learn the steering wheel technique and the window triceps technique. Also discover supporting flex movements following your self care program to help you maintain your new state of less pain and more. Each person needs to bring a mat (blankets make an excellent substitution), a bath towel, a sock and a tennis ball.




*Movement

Wed/July 20 -  2:30 – 5 p.m.
Thu/July 21 – 6:30 – 9  p.m.  

MOVEMENT - Wear loose, layered clothing and bring a pillow and enough water for hydration.

Ready for a new level of health and body awareness? Then this workshop is for you. Once you have taken care of specific pain points, you will want to learn and practice spectacular movements and sequences that will tone, stretch and strengthen your core and larger body parts. Back, neck, abdominal and leg sequences will help you to create balance and an overall feeling of genuine strength. Tuition includes a personal 5" movement ball ($4) to be used during class and at home. Bring a mat (blankets make an excellent substitution), a bath towel, a sock and a tennis ball.
